Return Policy

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Period: You have 20 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team by phone within the designated return period. Provide your order details and reason for return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.

Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned products and verify their suitability, we will process either a refund or an exchange based on your preference. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We may request photographic evidence or other documentation to assess the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, as appropriate.

Processing Time: Please allow 3 days for us to process your return or exchange once we receive the item(s).

Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns that do not comply with our return policy or are outside of the specified return period. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Final Sale Items: Certain items may be designated as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Check the product description for any such restrictions.
